Information entered in the tools
The inquiry builder and checklist operate in your browser. They do not submit information to a website database. Answers and selections stay in the current page and are not written to browser storage or a website database. The site includes no document-upload feature.
Email, copying, downloading, and printing
Copying places text on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Printing uses your browser’s print function. Opening an email draft passes the inquiry to your configured email application, where you decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s policies apply to that communication.
Cookies and analytics
This website’s code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or account cookies. The hosting provider may maintain routine server and request logs. Any hosting or access service may process information under its own policies.
Confidential information
Begin with general information and arrange an appropriate method before sending confidential estate records, financial information, or personal identifiers. An initial inquiry does not confirm representation or an administrator appointment.
